Mr. Bhavesh Jain is an accomplished entrepreneur in the healthcare industry, bringing several years of professional expertise in logistics and organisational management. His deep involvement in structuring Healing Pharma has created a remarkable and lasting impact on the organisation’s growth and operational strength.
At Healing Pharma, he plays a pivotal role in overseeing both warehouse operations and logistics, ensuring efficient inventory management, streamlined storage systems, and timely, reliable delivery of quality healthcare products at a pan-India level. He also looks after our mother depot, forming the central backbone of our nationwide distribution network. His hands-on approach to warehouse management, combined with his strong command over logistics planning, continues to strengthen every link in our supply chain.
With a keen eye for efficiency and process excellence, Mr. Jain ensures that Healing Pharma’s warehousing and logistics operations run seamlessly — so that our products reach patients and partners across the country without compromise on quality, speed, or reliability.

At Healing Pharma, I have been actively involved in leading extensive field force operations across India, Back Office Operations, Customer Relations, Business Intelligence, Depot Management (DCM), Human Resources and the day-to-day responsibilities that come with building a growing pharmaceutical company.
The journey has demanded dedication, adaptability, quick decision-making and a constant drive to strengthen every aspect of the organization. Every experience along the way has reinforced the importance of discipline, teamwork, operational excellence and staying connected with people at every level of the business.
With several years of leadership experience, I remain committed to driving the organization’s digital transformation initiatives by implementing technology-driven systems that improve operational efficiency, reporting transparency, sales tracking, communication flow and data-driven decision-making across departments. These initiatives continue to support a more streamlined, transparent and future-ready organization.
For me, growth in the pharmaceutical industry is not measured only by business expansion, but by the trust we build, the relationships we nurture and the positive impact we create through quality healthcare solutions. At Healing Pharma, I lead a team of 15+ dedicated professionals across our accounts, finance and taxation functions, ensuring that every number tells the true story of our growth. My role goes beyond books and balance sheets — I am closely involved in the organisation’s key decision-making processes, from financial planning and taxation compliance to our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
I also serve as a member of our POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Committee, reflecting my commitment not just to the financial health of the organisation, but to fostering a safe, respectful and inclusive workplace for everyone at Healing Pharma.
I believe that strong financial discipline is the backbone of any organisation aspiring to make a real difference in healthcare. Every decision we take is guided by transparency, accountability and a long-term vision for sustainable growth.
